Rental of Alumni Hall includes use of

THE GRAND HALL • THE RAISED STAGE • THE ANNEX • THE GREEN ROOM
2 ACCESSIBLE REST ROOMS • 2 DRESSING ROOMS
SEVERAL RECTANGULAR BUFFET TABLES • ALL THE CHAIRS YOU'LL NEED
USE OF THE GROUNDS • AMPLE PARKING
THE GRAND HALL MEASURES APPROX. 40'W X 45'L (12m x 14m)
THE RAISED STAGE MEASURES APPROX 18'D X 35'L (5.5m x 10.5m)
2010 Rental Fees

hall Exterior
Rental of portions of the building and/or grounds, or for other than a standard 24-hour rental period,
are charged on a pro-rata basis.
Alumni Hall's Director may adjust or waive fees or conditions.

Maximum occupancy of the Grand Hall is 162

Rental Applications must be received by Alumni Hall
no later than 12 (twelve) weeks before the desired rental date.
A Rental Deposit must accompany the Application.

Groups or individuals using or renting Alumni Hall may serve alcoholic beverages.*
Alcoholic beverages may not be sold, except through a duly licensed purveyor.*
Renter/user BYOB-events (Bring Your Own (alcoholic) Beverage) are allowed.*

Friends of Alumni Hall and Alumni Hall Underwriters are given priority in scheduling use of Alumni Hall.
